EDIT DOMAIN menu
Then, the page below is from "Edit Domain" Menu. Please enter ALL fields. Do not skip any.
(1) The RED text asks you to be careful filling out the fields. Any future change you make will cause your domain to lose all its links and start over again.
(2) Fill in the Domain name, Select a Category, and Fill in a short Description.
(3) The "Web site Titles" are the anchor text and are keyword phrases that people type into search engines to find your site. So put in meaningful phrases to represent your site. Fill in everything. Make sure the Descriptions are written differently.
(4) The "Site Link" should be http://www.yourdomain.com. If you upgrade your domain, you can put in any domain here. Otherwise, you must put the same domain. Click "OK" button when done

DOMAIN SETTINGS & CODE menu
Then, the page below is from "Domain Settings & Code" Menu.
(1) The RED text asks you to be careful filling out the fields. Any future change to the "Links Page Location" field or Area (4), will cause your domain to lose all its links and start over again. It is ok to change the other fields without starting over.
(2) "Auto Add New Domains" will auto-approve all new partners who successfully activate their domain. You can check this but we strongly recommend you visit all partner sites regularly. Otherwise, leave it unchecked, and you will have to login regularly to approve new partners. The other fields in this area can be left at default.
Domain Settings & Code page

(3) Per area (3) above, choose PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, or Perl from the pull-down menu. Then copy the code and paste it in a blank file using any text editor. Save it as "links.php". Upload the file to your server root folder. If you do not have access to your server account, email the file to your webhost, and ask them to save it for you. See below.

Save it as links.php

(4) In area (4) above, the "Links Page Location" field should be http://www.yourdomain.com/links.php. This is the domain where the pasted code will reside. Click Update button.

Setup Wizard "Check & Activate Domain" pre-page
Then, the page below is shown only once. Click on the link to activate.

Otherwise, you may see this other screen below, showing one of more of the errors that are found. Usually, only items 1, 3, 4 apply, so check those first:
setup wizard activate domain

1) The link on your homepage to the links page is broken. This is caused by a typo or the page is missing. Please fix it.
2) You cannot use the words "nofollow", "noindex" anywhere on your home page. Please remove them.
3) You did not paste the code properly into links.php. It is easy to paste code into a file and save it. Repeat Area (3) of "DOMAIN SETTINGS & CODE menu" again.
4) You forgot to put a link like on your homepage.
5) You cannot use the words "nofollow", "noindex" anywhere on your links page. Please remove them.
6) Do not put comment tags around the link on your homepage.

If you still have trouble, please contact support.

Check homepage and Directory links
Now that your domain is activated, go visit your homepage. See below (a sample homepage).
Visit your web site homepage now.

Then click on the Link (shown above) on your homepage to go to the links page (shown below).
(1) shows the URL of your links page where a directory resides.
(2) shows instructional text that needs to be deleted. We will do this later.
(3) shows a directory with 0 links if you did not auto-approve partners.
(4) shows a standard footer that can be edited. If you delete the footer links here, please leave one link back to your own homepage to improve your PR!
Links page shows a directory.

"MANAGE MY PARTNERS"
Click on the "Manage My Partners" link.
(1) shows a section for you to search/filter for specific links.
(2) shows that the categories are approved by default. But this DOES NOT mean that links are already approved. To approve the links, in area (1), select "View Pending Links" from the pull-down menu, and click on "Filter Links" button.
Manage My Partners Menu

"Approve or Deny Links"
See the screen below.
(1) shows if there is RED around the checkbox, that means that your domain will receive a link from one site, and your domain will point to a different site. This option is for upgraded domains that choose to trade 3-way links.
(2) shows one of the partners who upgrade their domain and is trading 3-way links. Your domain will receive a link from the site listed after Directory Link, and your domain will point to the site listed after Requested Link. The (Approved Me) means that this partner has already approved your link. (Pending Me) means he has not approved your link yet. Once you approve him and he approves you, your links will appear in each other's directories instantly.
(3) The pull-down box allows you to change the status from pending to approved, or denied.
(4) Click on these buttons after you check-off the links you want to approve or deny. Remember to login regularly to approve or deny other links. Approve or Deny Links

"TEMPLATE" Menu
Click on the "Template" menu link. This is the template that the pasted code in links.php is referencing to. You can change this template to your liking, without ever needing to modify links.php. Changes will be reflected at http://www.yourdomain.com/links.php web page. Now, scroll down or search for the ******* pattern.
(1) Change the image link to point to your own header banner or logo image.
(2) Delete the highlighted section completely.
Template top

Now scroll down all the way to the footer section. See below.
(1) You can modify or delete most of the links if you want. But please leave 1 link pointing back to your homepage to improve your PageRank. Change "Copyright 2005 yourdomain.com" to your own domain name. It is recommended to change background colors. The background color codes are found within the body section. If you want to change font size or color, these are at the top of the template.
(2) Click "Save" when done. The "Reload Default" is rarely needed, and will load the original template without any of your modification.
Template bottom

Final Links Page
Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/links.php. After you have edited the Template, the web page now looks different. We have also changed background colors. Compare to This Default.
(1) Shows the banner or logo image you have inserted.
(2) shows the links (as a result of you approving links in the "Manage My Partners" menu). As your partners login to approve links, this number will increase over time. Please do the same and login regularly to approve their links.
(3) shows the footer after your modifications. Remember to leave one link back to your homepage. Template top
